Vanessa Pinkney

Executive Director

Vanessa has been with Orange Blossom Trail Development Board for 27 years. She has a keen understanding of the OBTDB’s mission coupled with the insight and knowledge to move the organization forward. Vanessa has worked in every area of service the OBTDB provides. She is honored to lead the OBTDB into its next phase of revitalization and bring the community together.

Jessica Darden

Program Manager

Jessica has a master’s degree in human services. She has served the Orlando community for over ten years by implementing outreach initiatives for local organizations. Her passions are in community engagement, and she strives to build ongoing, permanent relationships with residents for positive social development.

Marcia D. Davis

Executive Assistant

Marcia Davis is a public servant who has served the Central Florida community for over 15 years with the Department of Children and Families and as a Commissioner’s Aide for the City of Orlando’s District 5. Marcia is passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves as they can. Her motto is: “No one can do everything, but everyone can do something”.

Roger Dixon

Economic Development Manager/CRA Project Manager
Roger Dixon brings a wealth of experience in government and the private sector with him. He possesses a Master’s in Public Administration as a National Urban Fellow. His years of experience in the public sector include executive management, public policy, economic & community development, strategic planning, and government finance. He also has substantial experience in youth development and mental health services. Roger prides himself on his ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to internal and external clients. “By employing strong interpersonal people skills, I have established strong working relationships with governmental officials, Federal, State, and Local agencies, business owners, contractors, business developers, and the general public”.
