The Navigate program is dedicated to supporting emerging entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities, including Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Asian American and Pacific Islander founders in the outdoor industry. This four-month program offers tailored learning experiences, mentorship, and access to REI’s experts in various aspects of business. All participants receive a $25,000 grant, along with access to additional direct investment from REI. Applications open on February 6 and close on March 12, with the cohort selected by May 26.
